What happens if an item is out of stock?Orders placed before 12:00 PM ( Noon ) EST will be shipped that day! Orders placed after 12:00 PM ( Noon ) EST will be shipped the next business day.
We charge a $4.95 flat rate shipping via USPS anywhere in the U.S. No over inflated charges from Eyeglassholders.com. We think you should get your products shipped at a fair price and as fast as we can ship them!
Our orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, you may order overnight delivery for an additional cost.
We want you to love your eyeglass jewelry and accessories. You are welcome to send back your eyeglass items for an adjustment, exchange, or a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
How durable are your accessories?
Our eyeglass accessories are suitable for all-day wear. One of our designers has been wearing the same eyeglass leash everyday for the last year! It’s still going strong and looking pretty!
How is an accessory's length measured?
An eyeglass leash is measured in inches from end to end. Our eyeglass necklaces are measured from the clasp to the bottom of the ring.
What should I do if I need repair later on?
Although the accessories were made to last, it may happen that you will need a repair. A local bead store can help. Alternatively, contact us and we will do our best to help.
How can the accessories be cleaned?
A simple glass-cleaning cloth can be used to shine your beaded jewelry. Brush the beads gently. Never use chemical cleaners or shiners.

You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped—it’s that simple!
What if I need to cancel or change an order?
As long as the order hasn’t already shipped please send us an email or call us at (888) 726-6533 for assistance. If it has shipped, please see our return policy.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Due to the unique and hand crafted nature of our products, quantities are limited. From time to time some of our styles go out of stock and some of them (gasp) retire. Our advice? If you see one you love… don’t wait. Buy it today. It may not be here tomorrow.
